Dear Sir,

Through this letter we inform you that our order had arrived on time. However, after we checked the products you sent us, there are some damages of some computers.
The damages are:
1.      Three units of CPU do not working
2.      Five units damaged keyboards

For the evidence, we will send you back the damage products to be re-check by your company.
We hope in the future, we would not receive anymore damaged products like this. If this thing 
happen again, we are sorry that we will cut off our cooperation contract.

Thank you for your concern. We will wait for you reply.

Reply to the letter of complaint Mr / Ms send on November 23, 2017. We as the management 
of ELECTRONIC SHOP will immediately replace all electronic items to order after 
our team finished checking.

We realize that the damage to electronic goods will be very disturbing to Mr / Ms. However, 
to be understood that our initial suspicion that the destruction of electronic goods is 
caused by the destruction of the transportation line causing damage to the electronic 
goods in the truck carrying. As for the problem of electronic goods that do not fit the 
pure order is our fault. In addition, the destruction of roads also cause congestion 
which then culminate in the delay of electronic goods. We will endeavor to improve our 
service and as soon as possible to replace defective and non-compliant electronic items. 
We will also attempt to post orders early in view of the less supportive transportation paths.

For that we all management ELECTRONIC SHOP apologize for the inconvenience 
and lack of service we provide. Hopefully this incident does not make the cooperation 
that has been established into tenuous.

Similarly, the letter of reply to the complaint that Mr / Ms sent a few days ago.
